We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • The product must be in its original packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order ID)

❌ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Used or damaged products (not due to our fault)

  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery

  • Products without original packaging

  • Hygiene-related products (if opened/used)

🔄 Return Process

To initiate a return:

  3. Share product images (if damaged/defective)

Once your request is approved, we will guide you through the return process.

💸 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after the product is received and inspected

  • It may take 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect

💵 Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders:

  • Refunds will be processed via UPI or Bank Transfer

  • You will be asked to provide your payment details

🔁 Replacement Policy

We offer free replacement in case:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received the wrong item

You must report it within 48 hours of delivery with proof.

🚚 Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping charges may apply depending on the case

  • If the product is defective or incorrect, we cover the return cost
